By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before hiring our services.

Services
We provide residential cleaning, handyman repairs, and small renovation services in Florida. Each service is subject to an estimate and approval prior to execution.

Estimates and Payments
All estimates, consultations, and site visits are free of charge. A 50% deposit is required for all repair services before work begins, with the remaining balance due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Repair services and cleaning services are billed separately—payment for repairs follows the deposit and completion terms, while cleaning services must be paid in full upon completion of the cleaning. Late payments may result in additional fees. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation without proper notice.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. Deposits may be applied toward rescheduled services if agreed upon by the company.

Company Responsibilities
We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet professional and safety standards. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages to property. For larger renovation projects, clients are responsible for securing all necessary permits and inspections.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, inform us of any special conditions such as pets or fragile surfaces, and ensure that water and electricity are available for the service.

Warranty and Complaints
Cleaning services include a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Renovations and repairs may include a limited warranty, which will be specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income, delays caused by third parties, or unforeseen events.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
